Take Safety measures while using treadmill

Treadmill is one of the best exercise instrument for people who want to exercise in their house and Gym.
I am using my own Treadmill since 2 years and exercising regularly on it.
Few points below which can be helpful:

1) Always wear a good quality jogging shoes while you use treadmill, it will allow you to step on the belt properly.
2) Do a regular servicing of the treadmill due to which it will not overheat and the lubrication between the belt and the panel will be smooth.
3) Keep a glass of water or a water bottle with you, as you will feel very thirsty while running.
4) Focus on fitness while you use the treadmill. Walking with a speed of 6.00 for 45 mins is better than running with a speed or 12.00 for less than a minute.
5) While on incline, ensure that you are holding the support bars and not just walking without support as you can fall down.
6) There is a string which should be attached to your t-shirts so that just in case you are slower than the treadmill, it will be pulled and the treadmill stops immediately.
7) Ensure that you are doing a good warm up before you stand on the treadmill, like jumping, stretching the legs, twisting the back etc.
8) Lastly, use a power stabilizer for your treadmill, as otherwise there is a danger to your treadmill motor due to voltage variations.

Treadmill best exerciser

I am using a treadmill since last 10 years with a rein strap to help me keep my balance with mild concentration on the machine.
The danger to get hurt on this machine is when you run fast, becoz here even a slight lack of concentration can give you a nasty fall..
Today out side air is badly poluted then many of my friends have been hit by cycle ,motercycle even 4 wheelers while going to and fro to the park.
I recommend that one shud watch your favourite tv prog. or hear music while running the machine at a steady 5 to 8 kmph.
The benifit of 1 hour park walking can be achieved safely and easily in 15 to 20 minutes of treadmill mc.at time of your convenience..

don't try above your stamina

I try and do as much I can but always avoid going above my physical stamina cause if u loose your speed cause of fatigue u can fall and inquire ur self
