such dedication with low pay and extremely polluted environment and especially in a thankless nation like india towards public officers.. this is ultra rare where officers add so much to their duty only request is to please wear a good mask n prevent some of toxic fumes inhalation you are more required in future for inspiring and training better officers
Nice article. At least rediff brought one honest duty minded traffic cop from the ill mannered police force. Hearty congrats to Mr. Ranjit Singh. Please keep it up and inspire other youngsters to do their duty honestly and faithfully.
i everyday cross that junction.we mostly see them & appreciate to performing his duty& dedication .and thought that is a ideal cop & traffic police dept must be use as a icon & trainer for good of traffic for our country. i really hatts off mr.ranjit
Hats off to this traffic cop Mr Ranjit. But I must remind all that he is not first who is performing his duties while dancing. In 1970s there was a traffic constable names Mr Tanwar in Delhi who used to perform duties similarly and was permanently posted at Vijay chowk and had received many commendations from President, PM and VVIP dignitaries. I appreciate the service being done Mr Ranjit and wish him all the success in his career.
Edcellent MR Ranjeett and keep it up. I believe you could become an icon for traffice department in our contrry. In fact all the new recruits in the traffice dept can take some practical guide from Mr Ranjeet. It will be better if traffice dept in other parts of the country call him to give some guidance/pratical lessions as how to deal with traffice work as well as traffice offenders.
