Do Surya Namaskar every day. At least 12 times per day. You will loose weight and will be very fexible too. I am benefited. I have reduced to 86 kg from 92 Kg within a span of 9 months. I am 5 ft 11 inches.

Very irresponsible article that talks about intense workout with mentioning about proper warmup. Sure shot receipe of getting injured. Standards at rediff are going down day by day. Irresponsible journalism !
