I will go step by step by step;
In point No.2 he is saying outdated format,my question is who will decide the format is outdated? if your company HR want the CV in particular format then they should furnish the blank form containing the format in which manner they want to see the CV; my perception is that these HR are want to make their job simple by wanting all the resume in same format.
In the point No.3 he has written that HR offices hate the templates and suggest the need to have and hire resume writing companies and the same time in point No.5 his thought is that using some adjective, adverbs will show off using the resume writing company, which he don't like at all. Means point No.3 & 5 are contradictory to each other.
In point No.6 he don't like the objective to be put at top; why didn't he mentioned where to put it?
And he mentioned candidate writing managerial skills employment & job for supervisory position; I don't think any of the candidate such dam fool which writer are considering to mention such contrast.
Oops I am getting sleepy, get tired of making critics; I can't understand why the Rediff publishing such dubious articles. Rather rediff should have ask the writer to show-off how the resume should be, instead of how it shouldn't be.
