But we idiots give it a very howling noise many months before starts the famous hindu festival. the poor bjd govt. in odisha has many issues to solve. Instead it has given all its energy to this festival. Also the common people should not visit this place during this time because due to this the holy festival may be undertaken very peacefully. Also because, the poor govt. has to spend much money to improve the infrastructure of puri town to accomodate all. this money would have been spent betterly in other areas.
