Dear All Indian , Please avoid Bank Of Baroda which bank is mentally tourchering me before two years for only two pending EMI and forcly Rs50000.00 deducted from my Sanctioned loan for insurance .
Home Loan is the service of Government . But I did not pay only two instalement from begining as now all company are not paying regularly salary . But Bank of Baroda Manager mentally tourchred me seviourly . Any time they are sending notice etc where I have two another home loan from SBI & AXIS bank but not phone to me . Also two EMI pending . So I requested all customers , please avoid BANK OF BARODA . Now at Raipur three society taking oath that We will close all relations with Bank Of Baroda and spreading such kind of agitance to each and evry colony about Bank Of Baroda's attitude .

Your article is very useful but a little bit late. I had applied a home loan of Rs. 15 lakhs only from HDFC. They emailed a list of documents and asked me to send the copies of all required documents alongwith processing fees. Then a representative of HDFC Life asked me whether I will take an insurance policy for protecting the loan. I declined as my loan amount was very less and the documents of the house was to be deposited with them. After scrutiny of all the documents they confirmed me of the loan amount. After that they encashed the processing fees of about 9000/=. But all of sudden they are asking for another documents from the builder. Builder is at present not having that document. I have already deposited down payment to the builder. My question is that HDFC could have asked the actual documents required by them for sanctioning a home loan. If it could not be produced seeing at a first glance they should have returned my application before encashing the processing fees. This is an unethical business practice on the part of a reputed institute like HDFC. Government should also think of it and protect the interest of common people. I had to sign all the relevant papers given by HDFC for processing the case. Can anybody suggest any remedy?
