People should beware of such things and disagree on this clauses to accept at first hand, and importantly it should be rejected such clauses from masses, since individual person not been able to fight any type of bad things/practices in the society. So it's paramount important to show the banks that customer is the boss. Look at the corporate sector , how they are tossing banks like pingpong ; they are forcing banks to pay them more loan with subsidised rate to carry on their sinking business or threat banks that go ahead and do whatever they can; and banks till the time can't able to do anything. Check how much bad loans banks are carried on which is the loans given to the corporate sectors, there is no single rupee contributing to bad loan from retail sectors (read individual borrower).
