A work experience should be a must to ensure that the children are not forced into profession which is not of their liking. May be a two year ITI / Nursing education with one or two years work experience should be compulsory for IIT/ Medical colleges.
This is a problem faced by almost all youngsters and parents. The children are unable to make a considered independent decision and parents guidence is based on their own experience and expectations. The real cause is the limitation imposed by HRD ministry that a student can appear in CET, IIT JEE and PMT only for two attempts immidiately after the board exam. This results in lot of students from Medical Colleges and IITs pursuing carriers having no requirement of IIT or Medical College education. This restriction is not applicable for other institutions such as Law, Arts, General Science etc. The Education system has become more of a straight jacket assembly line.

This confusion remains in many people's minds. Most of the time the grass appears to be greener on the other side. One keeps on chasing mirages and gets nowhere. Life's like that.

Alankar Jain should stay in India and develop technology for India based. He should use his skills to train students and also help people in need. If need be he may join POLITICS
