yoga can do more damage than normally understood if you dont follow a cardinal principle. dont overdo. postures r not as important . u should feel good after doing yoga from the first day onwards if you dont feel that then u r doing something wrong
after completing shavasana, one has to turn on left side, NOT ON RIGHT SIDE AS YOU STATED. the reason for turning to left is because our heart is on left.

a very good mode of exrcise wcich does not requie any instrumentation nor restricted by space, time, climate.Its good for everyone ,to be known by every INDIAN.
