Buying insurance in India is still on the basis of tell tales, only to satisfy a relative, friend or like that, or otherwise just to meet out the tax saving target for that year, not for the life long period. So the people are to be educated more efficiently, but alas insurance companies are interested in selling only and agents are being pressurised to meet target in any way. This is a very bad situation and making insurers profit more and more while customers are in losses.
