99 per cent cut-off for English at St Stephen's College

 Wonder what is the cut off for SC/ ST students?

The cut off would be much lesser than for open category. By how much? What was it last year?

This really is an example of apartheid in education. It only breeds elitism. A more humane way of catering to those who also excel but cannot match the impossible cutoff marks arbitrarily imposed has to be devised. Such a system of education further marginalizes the less fortunate.
