I feel,you shd start with few minutes(say 10-20 m/d), gradually increase in every 5 days interval and cap the timing when felt exhausted. A.Kar
Dear Nixon, your story is encouraging. I and my friend started cycling since this January, reason very similar to that you have and I experienced very good result. So we keep continuing this. Every Saturdays we go out of city in our cycle and ride 60-100kms. Also we made a point to cycle to office as much as possible. I look forward to meet you and some other enthusiastic friends replied here.

well done Mr Nixon.Cycling to long distence is a wonderful expereance.we made a trip to SriLanka (from Tahalaimannar to Colombo)from Madurai by cycle in 1978.Encountered many best happanings with diffrent social groups and also with LTTE.

I love the way Nixon has found an easy answer in adopting a life style close to nature, and his prescription to everybody. Yes, to make the Earth sustain itself and the mankind from the prospect of a sooner extinction, we all should turn to and be ever inspired by the mother nature.
