I do agree that Amish is very good in storytelling and he indeed tells it from different angle. And surely his stories can be converted as movie or serial on TV
But I don’t agree that he is excellent writer like RK Narayan, he can prove us wrong with different subject
Now that he has started series on Sree Ram, People who likes Mythological books should read Ramayan series that Ashok Bankar has written I think that these books were sold well internationally but was not given good coverage in India by media
Once upon a time it used to be. thought only Arts/literature qualified only cld shine either in IAS& allied services and in authoring novels & books .But the same has changed in last 30 years.Now one could see many IAS officers with Engineering background n even some with MBBS qualfctn.It is no surprise that some could write excellent novels/ books attracting vast readership,proving NO field is restricted to TALENTED people.jeediguntagoa
