now they blame ground water contamination with onions which is used lavishly in the maggi noodles preparation .If that is the case whatever vegetables we take which grows underneath the ground should be contaminated with lead . another question which arises is if the ground water contamination with lead is evenly distributed throughout india (as per the maggi noodles study) serious thought should be given to the analysis and it's implications to the public health.
If Maggi is so bad for health, what the State Govt. Health Depts. were doing? All of a sudden all have woken up and condemning it. Not only this those in the Ad. sponsoring it are also being framed. If that is so even all Distributors, retailers should also be booked for selling such a product. There are so many eatable products like Maggi, the govts. should analysed all such products take action.
Even macaroni is not an healthy option. It is also packed with added preservatives. Try simple Indian home made quick foods like Poha,Suji Upma, Idli, Bread roll,Sandwich,Curd salad etc.

I agree with you that macroni is also not a good food as it is packed with added preservatives.
