Why always only maharashtra is highlighted for western ghats ?. The western ghats jolly well run down upto kerala and innumerable spots are their in karnataka, tamilnadu and kerala stretch. Let your guys come down to south also.

"Pulis" (Leopards) & "Kaduwas" (Tigers) are very much there and will strike. But you can have Tourist Guides/escorts taking you for a round, on the Elephants' back.
