I do not agree with above views. Let an Entrepreneur focus on its core area of expertise. A legal and finance professional shall play a successfully role in laying the foundation stone of the Organisation. There are so many things which a layman is not aware of and which should equally be taken care of. A professionally managed company always outperform an organisation which is not a professionally managed one. The above article only covers challanges of software Companies. In reality there are much much space for professionals. A non professional managed company is often penalised with late fine, additional fees, pejnalties, interests and sometime even prosecution.
