This man promoting CIBIL.
by Venkatadri Boggarapu on Jul 12, 2015 05:10 PM

This is simply rubbish.
Why the writer is encouraging to go for credit/loans for retired persons?
It is very much clear that this man is promoting CIBIL.

Rediff should not encourage such people to write articles.

Totally disagree with the writer. Why should one live on credit.Save and invest wisely to ensure that you do not take any credit. What you earn and save belongs to you.Living on credit particularly after retirement is to be totally avoided for peace of mind.

Vitious ways of promoting business

Now days every columnist have certain intent in their writings. This gentle man is saying that if you don't have multiple loans , you are assumed as conservative by the credit agency and struggle to get loans or bad CIBIL report. Is he advising or threatening the readers.

Similarly, tax consultants pen in such a manner that if you don't disclose you will be in jail. Always advise complicated investments which an ordinary person cant even understand the product itself.

They are really creating panic rather than adding any value to the reader.

I did't understand, what he want to say. First he has put heading How you can live retirement in style. The contents and topic heading doesn't matching at all. Under this topic he should have discuss about various ways of securing life after retirement. But he is only discussing about credit score only. Is there any financial institution that offers easy loans to retired persons. So what is the need of credit score. For a retired person financial security is more important than loan security.
