How negative emotions can lead to a heart attack

Ok, the tips are excellent. But there is a place for stress and anger in life. People need not suppress their anger and stress rather they should come to terms with the situation and avoid damaging their own health. If one gets angry towards something or against somebody it is not the end of the world. The current tendency is to smother things altogether or severly and publicly chastise someone for a spontaneous expression of his or her feelings under a given situation which may have been understood or misunderstood by the individual in question. We should allow the person to come to terms with the situation in his own way. We should not dehumanize an individual by demanding him to act like a machine or someone with suppressed feelings by silencing him for his spontaneous expression. In this kind of a situation the real culprit and wrongdoer is the public who raise uncalled for criticism against the individual. Of course under a trying situation or adversity one should be encouraged to maintain his poise and dignity, and avoiding the outbursts of ones feelings and anger even at the worst of situations is part of that manner of conduct.

Mother Teresa once said "Some people come in your life as blessings. Some come in your life as lessons.". I know it's often difficult to absorb some negative experience, but you can try to look at them at important lessons for life. One, you will never behave in the way what you had found unacceptable and second, all these negativity such as arrogance and rudeness will not change the kind of person you are. Be confident of yourself and stay positive. Bad times will pass.
