It is a pity that we don't figure anywhere in the world rankings

125 crore people should be. But because our population was allowed to grow unabated we are short of every thing that can be shared. No scope to add more. So per capita every thing is dismally low. There are not enough schools and enough teachers so why talk about the toilets in schools and constant teachers education and training.Forget professional and higher education and research.
The only way to leapfrog is to leverage internet. Develop videos of best of the world programs for all classes in all subjects chapter-wise.Forget schools teachers, books, stationery. Just connect all households with internet and provide at least one smart tv/ laptop/tablet. Have separate DD channels for science, arts, commerce/Management. Run round the clock lecture/demo videos as per pre-announced schedules and also on demand. Let students Including the girls as also the working adults and the elderly also attend to the telecast or get VOD as per their best convenience and without going out of home.
Since these channels will have the widest reach and TRPs, they will be self supporting.
No need to windup schools or colleges or retrench teachers. But let them also use the same videos in class rooms. This will ensure uniformity and standardization of education to the world standard. Like best practices the best lectures be followed.
To repeat: constitute classwise, subjectwise, chapter/lecturewise teams by proper selctionGive them proper instructions. Learn from Wikipedia.

if the politicians have enough time, to come out from their illegal scams, harrasement to the poor then we can think of revamping the education system. there are so many easy things which a man can do, but politicians are busy in each and every mode of corruption. only good thinking, can bring education,to every one.
