Just connect all households with internet and provide at least one smart tv/ laptop/tablet. Have separate DD channels for science, arts, commerce/Management. Run round the clock lecture/demo videos as per pre-announced schedules and also on demand. Let students Including the girls as also the working adults and the elderly also attend to the telecast or get VOD as per their best convenience and without going out of home. Since these channels will have the widest reach and TRPs, they will be self supporting. No need to windup schools or colleges or retrench teachers.
