Home and Home Loans are to keep people poor. Only banks and Builds benefit from it. Save money and buy home with lumpsum amount and take loan only for the small balance portion. Or better is to stay on rent, because current generation is very dynamic and people move places for job and work. Buying home doesn't make sense unless you have a very confirmed job or looking for a very long term association with your company.

your suggestion for buying property and availing loan is nice but what about the investors. they keep buying and keep selling the property to make money within short term. Think from this prospective.
