Govt. employees deserve all such qualities in India plus many more viz. how to harass, how to mint money, how to use legality for their own interest, how to challenge service conditions etc.,etc., what to do, if hired, no one can chuck them out.

So mate, realised at last why India has been reeking under slavery for so many years? We Indians are spineless wonders - just throw a beefy wad, a chicken leg or 2 inches in front of us n we give up w/o a fuss.
