How exercise helps you manage diabetes

i just rejected sugar,oil,ghee,butter,cheese,bread
since last 7 weeks.i lost 6 kgs of weight also.but i exactly dont know how to manage diet.what to take in break fast and what to take in meals and ofcourse how much?

dear Readers, I was diognised for type 2 diabetes in Nov 2013. I started taking medication. But thanks to two gentlemen an eye doctor Dr. Ajay Sharma of Amber Eye Care Thane & my boss Mr. Dharadhar who advised me to take walk and do workouts. Dr. sharma motivated me by saying that two of his friends got rid of diabetes by walk and little bit workout. He said as you are obese you may have to put more hard work, bu remeber DIABETES IS REVERSIBLE. I also followed path and got free from Diabetes in 12 months. I put 30 to 35 minutes of cardio activity each day. I spent 15 minutes of Gym Cycle 15 miniutes of tread mill. Alternatively I used to put 30 minutes walk. I visIted Lifespan Clininic in Thane in December 2014. Lifespan advised me to stop medication as I had already come back to pre-diabetic stage. Dr. Kanak of Lifespan motivated me so much that I doubled up the time spent fro cardio activity. Now. I put net 30 minutes of walk excluding small breaks 30 minutes net time in cardio i.e. Cycle tread mill. Surprisingly, in the test conducted after 15 days of 1 Hr. Workout i.e 30min walk 30 min cardio, my test reports of january 2015 show my sugar levels normal and all my other parameters - thyroid etc. all normal.THANKS TO GOOD SAMARITANS WHO GAVE ME CORRECT ADVISE. REMEMBER. THE MEDICATION GIVEN TO DIABETIC PATIENT IS NOT THE TREATMENT. MEDICATION ONLY HELPS SUGAR TO REACH CELLS. THE TREATMENT OR ILAAJ IS WALKING & EXERCISE. STRICT DISCIPLINE FOR NO SUGAR IN TE

That is news to me that Diabetes is reversible. I run about 6Km twice a week. But the BSL is not coming down?

every time you eat food walk 1 km minimum avoid car byke use bus no 11 to go to any destinations now MAHATMA GANDHI DROVE BRITS AWAYS BY WALKING ONLY? SO "WALK FOR FREEDOM FROM SUGAR AND DOCTORS BILLS"

MY TYPE 2 DIABETES REVERSED IN 12 MONTHS BY WALK AND ACRDI ACTIVITY OF 30 MINUTES PER DAY FOR 11 MONTHS & 1 HR. PER DAY IN THE LAST ONE MONTH. I DISCOVERED THIS IN JANUARY 2015 THAT I AM FREE FROM MEDICATION AND DIABETES
