Indians who have settled abroad give advise to local indians, Shiv khera is one of them. He left india and settled in Canada. I definitely like his books. Developed countries have a different culture than us. I prefer Chanakya any time. He is still relevant today
guy advise dont work in a company for more than 3 years etc. etc.. i want to ask you if all of them decide not to work more than 3 years, then what happen in a company??? you people say a lot but practical things are different, some brainless people accept you people as Guru etc. but there are intelligent people still in India, mind it...

kapil you seem to be in a state of anxiety because of market situation which has resulted in negative thinking...what shiv khera is saying will create eventual success irrespective of market situation, family values, culture and salary
