Other than liposuction there is no other way to reduce fat from a specific place in the body. Either you reduce fat from all over the body in a proportional manner or you keep it. These exercises targeting a specific part helps in other ways but not to reduce belly fat. Don't believe this.

@Ram krishna: Yes, you are right, Any exercise coupled with diet control would reduce body fat from head to toe and NOT from belly alone..
Spot reduction is a myth. Yes, but the exercises given in the above column serve to strengthen your abdomen muscles..
A 45 minute brisk walk is a genuine answer for all those wannabe fat losers..

Not from Stomach, liposuction is not done on Stomach. Stomach wall is thin and can puncher in the process.
