mr.george when talk about indian food its divine ,and iam sorry i wont agree with you that the indian food you find in Australia is not the one you expect ,i would ask you have you ever been to taj bengal @Ashgrove ,water works road ,BRISBANE ,by chef azim yoo would be licking your fingers i bet.
