They talk about yoga and show pics of non-indian which are fit. what about Indians fitness you will rarely find them fit. Even our PM who claims to do yoga daily is not fit

To my knowledge, Yoga is more helpful for mental fitness, calmness, composure, concentration than the physical fitness. For physical fitness one must do cardio and weight exercises like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, crunches, push-ups and weight training. Having said that Surya-Namaskars is one form of Yoga which is excellent to stay fit. Correct me if I am wrong...

How do you say he is not fit? A person who works continuously without a break if he is not fit then who can be fitter ?

Solar plexus is Anhat.Other two are small chakras/

Solar Plexus is Manipur, not Anahat. I agree, others are small chakras, so they are not significant as the main 7 chakras.

There are 114 chakras which are controlled by these 7 chakras, so mentioning solar plexis, fore head, spleen etc are the missed out ones is not correct.
