Hello Devendrakumar I am also from vadodara lets meet up and start something. Talking wont help its time to act.
My friend is talking about wastage of food. His work and intensions are good. What about food production.Agriculture in India is in crises today. Farmers who feed the State, Country and the society as a whole, are giving up cultivation (As agriculture has become unsustainable)and are opting for other vocations. Farmers condition through out India is very pathetic. The ANNADATHA today is struggling for his existence. when this is the situation, a day is going to come when FOOD SCARCITY BOMB will explode and engulf the entire country.
Hence the need of the hour is to provide power water and market to farmers and make agriculture sustainable. If this is not done in the days to come we will not have food and society will collapse.
There must be many more Padmanabhans around to create this sensational revolution but the pity isthat our youth are simply wasting away their time with Bollywood and cricket.
I am also pained at the amount of food that goes waste in marriages and other functions. People should really consume small quantities and then fill the plate again as per requirement if they like the food rather than taking everything at one go and wasting it. The same goes for water. Use it as per requirement rather than wasting it. Everyone needs to learn the importance of food and water

Yes, so much food is wasted in these lavish parties.
And the amazing thing is that none have the consideration to give some of the food to poor people on the streets in the name of humanism which is a meritorious act. Instead they dump the excess food in the garbage where it rots.
