I am often surprised with all these motivational gurus coming up and giving gyan when they don't have one successful corporation in their name, the second league of Babas whose credentials beyond the books is questionable. Motivation is used as a ploy to sell books like a banned drug, take you on a high and then leave you dry.

yup v true...the points given by them is no doubt good but its jst copied pasted frm various datas. go to any book store or google motivational gurus n u find plenty n plenty of them...after all this is their bread n butter by selling these stuffs. Better follow / recommend the advices given by ppl who are leaders in some field or other even though its jst 1 single point rather than 100s of points given by such ppl.
Yes. The article clearly describe it all in a lucid way. If we check on good leaders, they possess these qualities. They may not be having all the qualities at an optimum level but at least they strive to reach it sincerely. Gandhji, Dr Abdul Kalam are perfect examples.
