such meaningless, derogatory and cheap remarks by a former MP shows the std. of his education . Henceforth, whosoever comes to Mumbai for search of job should fist call on Kamat so that ev3erybody will get white collar jobs with 5 fig. salary minimum.

Dignity of Labour!
by Venkatesa Prabhu on Aug 03, 2015 03:22 PM  | Hide replies

It is time that people, especially the ones like Gurudas Kamat, recognized the dignity of labour. Even Gandhiji once said that food without work is stolen and as soon as he broke one of his numerous fasts, asked for his charkha to be brought so he can start spinning. In Chennai as also in New Delhi, there is a statue of Dignity of Labour ... in Chennai on the Marina and in NDLH, on Baba Kharak Singh Marg, turning to Daula Kuan. People must regard work as worship, something quite unique to most South East and Asian Nations. Do not know if other continents see work in this light.

Silly Remark
by Lingaraj Dash on Aug 03, 2015 03:11 PM

It is a devil remark of Kamat over Smruti's work. He has to give up such silly and childish remark. He has to think his work that he has not told to any other else.

out of comfort zone
by kausik chattopadhyay on Aug 03, 2015 03:01 PM  | Hide replies

All the communists are out of their comfort zone since modi came to power. Communists and pseudo-socialists think it is their birth right to usurp all the intellegentia and comment on how the lives of their countrymen should shape up. It is their we-know-all attitude that dragged them downhill even they are almost here since modern India came into its existence. Wake up man!!!

Why you are dragging communists in this case? Are you suffering from Communist phobia like Mamta?

Kamats are basically running restaurants all over.
by Amar Prasad on Aug 03, 2015 02:55 PM

Kamats are basically restaurant runners all over the country and I am sure all of them are not owners of those restaurants. Anyway, in this case the Kamat in question is Gurudas. He is not a scholar or any professionally trained person. His own name bears DAS and he is not more than a sweeper in CON-GRASS field held by Gai-Bachhda. One can not expect better from him for a lady other than his own MASTERs.

There is nothing wrong or humiliating. PM himself had said he was a Chaiwala. Can congress dare to say who in their hierarchy what they were doing during their younger days. They should be thankful to BJP for not exposing them like Congress.

It is amazing how Congress refuses to learn from their mistakes. They have forgotton the blunder Mani Shankar iyer made by saying that Narendra Modi can serve tea at Congress's conference if he wishes to.

I fail to understand why is SMRITI IRANI trying to take peoples sympathy by saying she worked in a restaurant.
If u see the new generation as well people from Lower Middle Class they are self dependent once they are in Junior College.
Want new did she do my working in a restaurant.
There are so many example, child of Rickshaw wala / labour they went thru hardship, worked & studied & today they are IAS/businessmen or doing very well in life.

PLEASE ASK HER TO DO HER JOB.

WHY IS SMRITI IRANI

when did smriti irani claim anything like that. It was Kammath who made the comments and Smriti did not react. The public is reacting against Kammat. Smriti is not in the picture at all. she is doing her duty as HRD minister and not commenting on what kammat did or did not do.
