Everything well justified. But, one thing I want to say here is where imbalanced women gave the freedom to lead the family with their inadequate knowledge and accessment were spoiled a lot.
In today's world senseless thinking is taking place. No serious philosophies are taking birth. Media play a very negative role. To really uplift the society a very robust system is required. Society system, family system and institutions like marriages were made by very serious philosophies. In the name of becoming modern and with the help of media so called literate people are challenging these systems. There should be measures of improving existing system which came out of som many years of experience rather than discarding the whole system itself.

Media role is very important for creating balanced views on issues wrt sensitization, expert opinions and political views. But Media does more of sensitization and political views where as Expert / Scientific / Psychological views are not dominance in their debates to find a solution for each issues
How we can reduce the sexual harassment incidents at work place ? As per my view the friendship with a female is the end is affair or sexual harassment .
