Parthipan, You should appreciate the efforts of a young fellow rather then bashing rich people. Even poor peoples do the activities which you had mentioned. The topic is not that. It\\\\\\\'s all about the efforts of an young fellow
It is worth appreciate, a student have taken this cause. I have been working on this as well. But the location you are showing in picture is a disaster with a can or any hard article in it. I also tried this location. But when a hard break by driver, the passenger in front of this bin hits head. So withdrawn this location. he has stARTED thinking, i wish him best of luck.
it is more require in railways ,during travelling passengers just throw out waste out from window where no body can collect and it will be remain there for years.

during travelling from train you can see garbage on both sides ,people never thought before throwing plates and cups outside .

railway station are horrible say kurla station kalwa also kalyan also kkk top 3 worst
Thanks for very good idea, it required for mandatory for all vehicle, without this bag RTO can't pass the registration. This idea we can used train also. I request to all vehicle manufacture please provide this garbage bag.
