Very thought provoking interview. I want my son who is going to be arts graduate very soon, to join NSDC. If somebody from NSDC in Mumbai can guide me, I shall be very grateful.
Then what is the point to say that skills will give the job and not the degree; I had come across one of the incident where I meet one guy whohad perused his CA (Chartered Accountancy) course with first class but due to his simultaneous job work not been able to concentrate and complete the graduation. He had find so much difficulty to find the job, every where he had been shown the door for the lack of the graduate degree. It's the mentality of the overall system of the corporate and government organisation. The education system is the main culprit which make student examinee (just writing the answer in paper and earn better marks) and not skillful person.

Just go and check with CA institutes, after 12th std. you can opt for CA course and there is no any mandatory requirement to be a graduate.
