Performance appraisal of an employee in any orgn is subjective and not exhaustive.In PSU the appraisal report i.e.reviewing authority is biased more often than not.Women employees get better deal due to gender and PA is an eyewash for many sycophants. A blunt employee can never achieve good marks as diplomacy overtakes abysmal performers.
