women-sexual harrassment
by edgardesouza on Mar 15, 2017 08:01 AM  | Hide replies

Its true,India is MCP world and here all good traditional women working/college going/traveling in buses face lot of humiliation coz of their fear if shame, stigma and regular hackling by men in group all together against her( because of her fear to act or report unlike lab our class/low caste women who scolds the men misbehaving with not only choicest GAALIS but beat them left& right in public, that's why men don't dare with them).Sometimes even if working women report to Woman boss irony is woman boss rebukes her not to make fuss for she herself fears that all men may turn against her too.Male bosses are better than women bosses many a time

So, each complaint from a woman should be treated as gospel?

A PRACTICAL CASE !!!
by youngcitizen on Apr 07, 2015 09:02 PM

a girl during a party commented on a boy when he took some eatables and went away.she said about the boy to his friend that he is manner less, and have no shame that he picked the eatables.the oy was going to home after the office hours and had no mistake.next day the boy asked her why she said like that to his friend?she has no right to say about him the girl said to shut him his mouth but the boy said don't do again this in future.the next day the girl filed a complaint against the boy for rude.the boy got memo/notice for his behaviour.here there was no mistake of the boy but he had to say sorry without any issue.the starting was done by the girl.so is this is the use of law going on????

on the other hand where the innocent girls are abused, harrassed, taunted is totally wrong because some man do it.here they are wrong.but on small issues things can be settled and can be ignored other than sexual harassment.

What is the use of Modern Education then ????
by RSS on Apr 07, 2015 04:09 AM  | Hide replies

Formal Education does not guarantee its Student (Ma1e or Fema1e) of a secure future, a good sa1ary, a decent 1iving, Respect and Status in Society, or the basic facilities of life.

MNC's, Private Companies are the St0rehouses of T0rture and S1avery and put down Human Be1ngs Self Confidence, Mora1e and Self respect.

Education neither instills good values nor gives us enough money to last for a lifetime.

Its everywhere in everyworld. i work in an environment where men see women as objects. It is difficult. I have even been deprived of my promotions coz of my gender. My performance is judged my saying that coz i am a female customers give business to me rather than to my manager. This fades out my entire best organisation skills my negotiation and relationaship menagement skills. Even if most of my customers are females itself.

I am frustrated but need a job and i am continuing accepting the sexual harrasment. no action against the culprits infact they get promoted .

Dont know what to do

you need to see a doctor or go to school. you don't even know what's sexual harassment. The problem you face is called gender bias and not to be misunderstood for harassment

in many places womens get more than the men.thats also wrong because of sexual biasness.equality must be there in all manners.
culprits must be checked properly and not in emotion.some man harass and that cant be ignored.but not every man is wrong.joking and talking/laughing should not be taken as sexual harrassment

It is sad and bad that this happening lots more now a days....and the real culprit is abstract and unknown...
A organization is an integrated and a powerful body which has spectrum of professional and non professional who work in tandem with external and internal functionaries....
The HR in India......... is in particular not concerned nor bothered to do anything concrete.
They are most off tangent, neither they know the real ground realities of their industrial or organizational psychology.
More so, as HR themselves serves few top management staff and keep their tail clear at all costs when crisis or chaos arises.
HRD must be scrapped in total. Personnel Manager must be replaced like past...
You go anywhere in World ..none will support or vouch for HRD
