A good CV can draw attention of reader. It is upto him / her to call for interview, as more relevant experienced have better chances. Selection process depends upon how you impress upon them.
However, a good referral will have bright chance, irrespective of CV.

Waste

Don't waste your time writing CVs or Cover Letters!

The only effective way of finding good employment is meeting important people in high positions, finding out if they need people to do things that cannot be done openly or legally, and doing those things for them!

Unless you are super qualified and from top universities or colleges, you stand a slim-to-none chance of being employed through such tactics!

Stop wasting your time writing this nonsense and go directly to the source of your potential employment to do what he or she wants to help get the job!

There is no hard and fast way to get a job. You may have a great CV but the company may not be the one for your liking. You may try toget a job thru some "pull" but you may end up getting stuck doing work that is useless, or without any connection to the company's operation. The best way is to know your mind about what job you would like to do and where you can add value to your employer. Having decided on it, you will need to get adequately committed to get the job and try out all means, pull out all stops to get that job.
