Hope we would see real world struggling women.When we see women in field work then only we must assume that women have come off age.It is very easy to do office jobs, only when the ladies come and work hard with men , will they get the respect and admiration that they deserve.Its a long journey till then...
Women want special treatment in every organization they work in!
Even the ugly ones expect to given special treatment because they have indoor plumb1ng which men are hard wired to be interested in!
Their claims of harassment are very subjective because they use their gender to their advantage whenever it is convenient for them!
They start complaining only after their "feminine" tactics back fire when they meet real 5exual predators who take these tactics as a big YES displayed in bright neon for "moving forward"!
I do not think there is need for special treatment for any section except physically challenged individuals, anywhere. However, there should not be any kind of discrimination against anyone. That should be ensured.
A women, especially married with children, expects special treatment in many areas, I am not saying anything indecent here. She expects to come a bit late and leave on the dot after office hours, just because her child is in a cre, and crying for her mother. Fine. She is not willing to come on Saturdays and other holidays, because of her family problems. Fine. She invariably consumes all her leave at the first opportunity, and if there are any holidays coming on Fridays and Mondays, she has the first claim to them, since she has her family to take care of. Invariably, the hard tasks in the office, are passed on to the male members, while she glides around, claiming amnesty. She invariably uses her wiles, to fool the boss and make the old fool side with her. She never gets promoted though, and the raise is median, and this makes her very angry. So please cut the pretence of 'equal treatment' and gender equality. It does not exist.

agreed but this is more due to the organisation own rules regarding protecting women from sexual exploitation.. bosses are scared that it they do not treat women they would be engrossed & a false case of exploitation may be put upon them

It's time duties and responsibilities are spelt out clearly for the ladies and gents - both at work and home.
it might be the culture and not the gender for fewer women at the top positions. Moreover, women themselves might not have taken the initiative to be on the top because of their supremacy at home which is still being considered must and trend would even continue due to little change in this regard though many women have started living away from their families and opting to live completely independent life (without spouse...). Women in general might be the better option because of their multi tasker abilities. over ambitious nature, cruel attitude though pretend just opposite...

women had in general got special treatment from men an and would get in future too because of natural reasons and emotional nature of men...
