Westernized formats of judging quality is fake and idiotic; When exploitation is the prime forte of every private company then all that is preached is simply a conspiracy to fool around by all falsified fancies to loot the gullible;
All employees in unorganized sectors are bullied and highly exploited day-in and day-out; Majority of highly-paid custodians of companies are only paid to exploit the maximum from the workforce at the cheapest by becoming most unreasonable and seamlessly insensitive towards the rights of the real workers who are paid in pennies as compared to them and ridiculing such guys for anything as their birthright; Even China is better as far as India is concerned on this issue; All Indian companies abuse their workforce in giving their rightful due and equal share in terms of value what they generate for the company,society and nation at large;
Politicos and capitalists are nexus into this; Hence all such interview lessons are just EYEWASH and Jokes;
