Alongwith a disciplined and regulated lifestyle, one needs a healthy diet with less of rice, fried foods and sweets and more of fish, vegetables, fruits and portion control, and some 30 minutes of strength training and cardio for 3-4 days a week.

The thing that needs to eb done first n foremost is toning up your mind. Once this is done, everything else will start falling into place.
