Ravi Pillai doesn't deserve this honor!!!

I knew this company (NSH Corp) for a long time as I work in Saudi Arabia. This man, Ravi Pillai is a crooked person who suck the blood of many poor labours. Believe me, I am not spreading any false information. Despite of paying very less salary to staff & workmen, there is no right for the employees to even resign before the contract tenure (ie 2 or 3 years). After you join the Company, they dont pay you 2 months Salary & this money will be kept under hold until one completes the contract period. They also take the certificates of engineers & dont give it or allow you to resign. This company is worse than Tihar Jail. Again, I am not exaggerating anything. I had seen my colleagues suffered in that company. This man could run his company successfully only by threatening the employees. He is successful only because the labour laws favorable to employers in SA.
Rediff, please stop praising such people by posting interviews of them. If anyone needs any proof, I shall be able provide (my email truthteller19@redifmail.com)

Truely said, Infact many contractors and businessmen in gulf follows this trend. One has to be very clear from what contract he is signing and should not allow employer to keep passport/career certificates right from the begaining. Let company keep labour card with them , this will just stop person from jumping to another job, but it won't stop from leaving country. Even labour law supports labour but what if employer makes trap and put some loss on employees shoulder.. even court can not support in that matter. So one should be very careful in the begaining signing contract.

I am fascinated to know that Mr Pillai has been able to employ such a large number of people from India and abroad. A great feat, indeed. I am impressed to hear of your Training Centers in India. It is a right kind of endeavor to provide skill and make our people employable.
