Healthy recipe: Soy Nuggets in Garlic Sauce. Share yours!

With so much pepper, garlic and chilli used for flavour, the nutritious benefits will be suppressed by heat of spices.

To get maximum nutritious benefits, it is always better to dip soy nuggets for sometime in water and eat them raw without any adding any oil or spices (else add just pinch of salt in soaking water). Even the raw, hard and crunchy nuggets taste good.
