Two people are very key here one is the Palekar who gave the knowledge and Tibins father who gave an opportunity to experiment.

No doubt this guy is highly talented. Similarly there are many youngsters in this country who lacks the opportunity providers.

Identify them and give them opportunity.

We must have more such Tibin Parakkals in our country so that agricultural production increases by leaps and bounds and that without using chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Our future generations will owe them for this breakthrough achievement.

Congratulations, Tibin. Farming is indeed a great lucrative profession, if done intelligently. Also one works with nature, and hence is healthier physically and psychologically.

I have been thinking of doing some farming myself in my plot, just for the sheer joy of it, and this gives me a lot of ideas for processing .

If one have good farming skills, one can gain a lot of advantages in terms of monetary, healthwise and psychological .
