Totally agree with this page. I have been practicing vegetarianism for past 14 years(earlier i was a full non veggy but turned veg to combat my fatness).
I am a christian from Goa but I truly believe in ancient hindu knowledge and ayurveda. Ayurveda and Hindu/Jain practice of vegetarianism is absolutely perfect.

for your info, one thing in article is wrong. Cow milk is for their babies not for human being so avoid at least for your babies. You can have after age 25 for having tea and not full milk. 2. Another thing is add Ground nut as one of the food. It is the most fiber food in the world. Try 25gm Ground nut or its paste daily and you will thanks me 1000 times for sure..

Kapil, fyi go to any village and see when a cow delivers baby, it milk is not consumed... That great is indian culture and indian villagers...
fresh coriander is a must for asthmatics especially daily consumption. also stop all refined vegetable oils and replace with pure ghee and coconut oil if you want to be free from asthma
Another food that need to be included is Flax seeds and if you can include wheatgrass powder. Tasty way to eat both healthy items . Mix the following ingredients and eat it daily . 1. Curd or any other innovative alternative like ButterMilk , flavor yogurt, coconut water etc 2 . Freshly grounded roasted or non roasted flax seeds in mixer grinder . Please grind flax seeds in every 3-4 days and keep it in refrigerator to retain maximum nutritious. 3. Organic WheatGrass Powder . It should be half compare to grounded flaxseeds or as per your taste. 4. Roasted cumin powder. 5. Normal Salt or Black Salt or chat masala as per your preference and health permits . This is one the best healthy and easy dish you can have in morning
You can get flax seed in your nearby store else now a days it is also available online .
