How an employee is selected ?.
by rajiv mehta on Dec 03, 2014 03:19 PM

(1) Interviewer ensures that you are not a threat to interviewer's own job. If you are smarter and more valuable to company than him you will be rejected.
(2) Caste, Creed, Gender, Religion, Place of Birth, Geography are all factors that come into play.
(3) How cheap and vulnerable you are and how easy it is to control you is one more factor that is given weightage.

Typically in a organization. A highers B, B highers C, C highers D and soon the organization is full of Z.

But you rarely see the employer ... you meet another employee who interviews you.

And this employee's idea about whom to hire .. is not necessarily based on what is good for the company.

You will be selected only if one of these is strong:

1. Interviewer finds something in common with you like Language, Same College, Same City of Origin etc.
2. You seem like a Slave, who will follow orders blindly.
3. You don't seem to bright or knowledgeable.

The more your experience, the more the above factors mater.

Only freshers r selected based only on skill

Employers will still Reject
by RSS on Oct 09, 2014 05:27 PM

Even if all the above ideas are followed, Employers will still Reject our resume on some pretext or the other and we will be cooling our heels at home.

This Education system and Recruitment have ruined millions of lives and have made Human beings miserable with slave like mentality, even after Independence & Partition we live in constant fear of failing in exam or losing a job for the rest of our lives.

AUGUSTINE DIAS
Robot or Human
by AUGUSTINE DIAS on Oct 09, 2014 02:14 PM

The writer is advising a Robot or a human, Need not take any of these precautions, Employers look at the suitability of a candidate for a drawn out role in their organisation & will be much more concerned about whether the candidate has the right skills to perform the job, This is definitely not a professional advise, writer needs to acquire the expertise of guiding career people first
