Problem is west is moving away from these industrial food formats and going organic because of the ill effects of processed food. Why are you going the other way? I guess she chose UP because of the illiteracy and can easily test the food formats over there.

Agree. US consumers have realized the health hazard. This is the reason why McDonald is loosing market to natural food chain Chipotle Mexican grill. Whole Foods with organic food is capturing market share, then there are other chains that Sprouts, Trader Joe etc.
It seems that the author has something against UP. She has come back from US. I request author to find out data of Rape, teenage pregnancy, murder, loot etc of US.

please accept the fact that UP is the state with the highest crime rate. Don't behave like the proverbial ostrich who buries his head under the sand.

it is highly commendable that she could do so many varied things and acquire so much exposure. but I feel she is unstable every where she went. she should have decided and stuck to one or two ideas (if first one doesn't work) and worked on it thoroughly. she is the kind who will succeed what ever she does but her efforts and contribution are scattered.
