Yeah people usually peep out of the balcony of a high rise only to spot defecating people. See the name. It is sky bar. It is not 'first floor bar'.

In Mumbai, it does not matter which floor you are on.

Every morning, you only get to see migrants defecating on open spaces from windows of homes people pay an arm and a leg to acquire!

If you don't believe this, please visit Mumbai and arrive by train in the morning!

A "relieving-by-the-tracks" reception committee will welcome you to the city!

Hopefully, this "welcoming" sight won't affect your appetite or zeal to explore and enjoy the "maximum" city!

From train, it is essentially a view from ground. Not exactly a sky view.

I would have asked you to go to the terraces of high rise buildings in Mumbai but cannot do so because these buildings are private properties!

But, if you can get permission to go to the terraces of these buildings, please do and experience the "mass catharsis" of the people who have migrated to urban areas but have not renounced their rural "habits"!

And as I said before, it does not matter which floor you are on in Mumbai, you can still see these people trying to fertilize public properties with their nightly production!

Ok I agree with you. If I go to these sky bars during the day, I will only get to see people defecating around me. Cool!!
