Can anyone explain to me why IIMs charge so high? What rocket launching pad they require to send their students to different planet for knowledge or what reactor they require to chemically or radiological changes are required to make such special mangers? Can they not reduce a bit luxury there and make the education affordable to all? It is horrible that entire nation is silent and they are going on increasing fee. It shows very few are bothered for that education and then why govt. should at all bother for such institute!

IIMs makes money mainly by teaching. Regular IIM students are getting big salary packages. Most of the part time student are getting sponsership. So let IIMs make money by teaching than depending on Govt. / Tax payers money.

Boss, you want the best professors to teach you in IIM and IIT but you are not ready to pay money for that? To get the best professors you need to pay the best salary and where do you think they will pay that salary from?
