This article means absolutely nothing for India. It is just information for us. But in the near futre when ndians in India become wealthier than those in United States, such articles will gradually given far less importance than now.

Very well stated. This is true not just in Corporates but also in social enterprises. Employees of social enterprise work for croass purposes and the Mangers at senior level pleay with their subordinates in a inahoman, homilating and dihsgshting manner and always look at waays to shonth ouat. This is true exparince in social enterprise based in Hyboad and chaired by well know.
