I have a Lumia 520 brought a year ago and it works flawlessly, no hanging, no rebooting all the time. Upgrade to 8.1 was smooth. Microsoft should concentrate on Windows only and not bother with its Android version.

u r wrong.. it was avlble for pre=order for Rs 49k... price was nevr 62k
