for Indian doctors, till now they did not say word about how one get diabetics...
the main reason is over food, if you eat less you will never get the same.. north indians eat more sweets and south indians eat more rice, the same must be reduced.. south indians should eat rice only one time in a day, north guys should eat sweets only once in a week.. otherwise have diabetics and eat medicine for your entire life..
* Walk 1 hour. * Drink HOT water. * Take METFORMIN pill. * Take a BECADEXAMIN pill. * Eat a GUAVA fruit every day. * Brush your teeth TWICE a day. * Don't skip INSULIN injections.

It is not harmful if taken in moderation Like mostthings in life, key o diebetics dietis moderation,
The last but one para talking about hypoglycemia is applicable only to those taking insulin. Those who are on tab alone need not worry if their sugar level is normal during bed time. It will not come down further during night. No need to munch anything before bed
I have been suffering from diabetes. The medicines including the insulins are very costly and it is not possible to afford by common people. The governments, including the state governments, are simply not doing enough to control the prices of such essential medicines. I would like to see the governments are taking effective steps to check the price rise of diabettes.

You can buy from discount stores such as medplus etc. Another way pls try Healthkart puls AP which shows same medicine pricing across companies whereby you can choose the medicine on pricing.

It is sad to see your prices have increased in Medical Bills. believe me we are the reason for it. We have invited a new prime minister in Mr. Modi and that has lead to Companies like CIPLA losing the pharma battle with the USA. If you remember correctly during Mr. Modi's visit to US of A there was a breakfast with the CEO's of various companies, and it was basically to tell these multinationals that for the 20 years after the discovery of a tablet no company will be able to manufature the same formulation and in less money sell these tablets. After 20 years with a small change in formulation these companies can again garner 20 years of free selling. Thank you MOdi. Check the date after which the prices have increased and you will note that prices have increased after Mr. Modi's visit. And by the by my family is into the business of Selling medicines. So thank you Modi...
