Yawn.. Laughable List

Here is the correct list:
1. Wag your tail vigorously at the most powerful person in sight.
2. Language, Same College, Native Place will often weigh higher than your skills.
But if you do these things, you will become a glorified slave with bank balance, but without any dignity.

But sadly, that's what everyone guns for straightaway in modern world.
When appointing, the bosses see ONLY Licker Potential in the candidate.
When appointed, the candidate sees ONLY Setting potential in his Superior.
Together, they all strive towards a Bracketing Goal.
Those who really work, are never noticed nor taken care of.
So nothing will ever be right.....

Unfortunate situation... and it keeps getting worse as people move up in positions.
Folks who have spent a long time in same organizations - are somehow usually junk (not always)
